Shipping & Delivery

Delivery takes between 2 and 40 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping fees are not calculated at checkout. International shipping charges do not include taxes or customs duties.

Please contact the customs authority in your country for details about these charges.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import taxes and duties when they reach your country. You are responsible for customs-clearance charges. PINKGODDESS SLEEPWEAR does not control or predict these charges.

International orders may require customs clearance and can therefore arrive later than the original delivery estimate.

Customs rules vary widely between countries; please contact your local customs authority for more information. When you place an order, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you receive the order.

Refused deliveries

If you refuse delivery, you are responsible for all taxes, duties and customs charges applied to the parcel, together with the cost of returning it to our address in Vietnam. These costs will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping during promotions

Because order volumes are higher during promotions, we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch. Please allow several extra days for your order to leave our warehouse.

Returns

We accept exchange requests within 3 days of delivery. Items must remain in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, free of makeup marks and with all tags attached. If an item includes a belt or packaging such as a dust bag, please return those items with it.

For health and hygiene reasons, swimwear is not eligible for return or exchange.

• You are responsible for return shipping. We recommend packing the item securely and using a tracked service through your local post office. You may return the item without its original box to reduce shipping costs. Keep your shipping receipt or insure the return parcel, as you are responsible for the item and any damage until it reaches our warehouse.
• On every document supplied by the carrier, clearly describe the goods as “VIETNAM RETURN GOODS – CLOTHING”. If this wording is omitted, customs duties may be charged and deducted from your refund. Use your original ORDER NUMBER as the reference on both the return label and invoice.

Exchanges

• We are happy to exchange an item for another size of the same product.
• If you would like a different style, please place a new order on the website and return the original order for a refund. Allow 5 business days from the date we receive the return for inspection and processing. Refunds are based on the purchase price, exclude the original shipping charge, and are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Order cancellation

You may cancel an order within the first hour. Please contact Customer Care to request cancellation. When a cancellation is successful, the full order value will be returned to the original payment method and you will receive a confirmation email.

During promotions, we cannot guarantee cancellation because of the volume of orders being processed.
